Dear editor,
My name is Marshall Culpepper. I live in Honea Path, South Carolina with my wife, Dawn, and two children, Eric (10) and Sarah (5).
My wife and I, along with 397 others nation wide have joined in as plaintiffs in a Federal Lawsuit to importune the Courts to rule in our favor that we do indeed have an individual right to vote our conscious without conditions of filing requirements. Furthermore, our votes should be counted, recorded and reported for all to see.
You may be wondering why each of us would take such a drastic measure? It is simple really, the right to vote is a fundamental Constitutional Right that belongs to the voter, and not to the state or the candidate.
